Singing from Seattle
It comes to me in dreams
Winning’s half the battle, I’ll get to that it seems
This reality
Signing from the desert
I speak to it through wind
Shedding half my old self, I get to it and grin
Nothing never wins
It sings softly, takes a plunge
Wonders what life bring now that that’s done
It could be anything
Anything at all
Bring anything
Wandering Seattle
I spill into the ground
Soaking through the sidewalk, I hear a lovely sound
Look at what I’ve found
Walking through the desert
I fall into the sky
Lifting beyond the battle and living without lies
Haven’t said goodbye
